Leaders of today and the future,
Today, we live in an age where a degree no longer sets individuals apart from the masses. Regardless of if you want to own a business or work for a corporation, thinking like an entrepreneur will give you the ability to take full advantage of opportunities and get ahead in any environment. After all, everyone has problems that need to be solved.
This mindset can be learned and CEO is built to teach it.
We are not just business owners and programmers. We are the artists, builders, dreamers, scientists, strategists and the tinkerers of Georgia State University.
Although technically speaking, we are classified as a “student organization,” it is of the utmost importance that we operate like an entity whose purpose, impact, and power extends far beyond that of your average “student organization.,” because ours does. We are building a platform that will be a staple in Atlanta entrepreneurship.
Being in our organization means getting real experience with running a business. It means developing a mindset that will allow you to create the life you desire.
If you feel you have the potential to do great things and are looking to tap into that potential, then CEO is for you. If you want to be able to take an idea from being a simple dream, to something that makes a tangible impact on the world, then CEO is for you.
We want individuals who love to create. We want individuals who love to build. We measure our success by what our members go on to accomplish. CEO is here to forge a strong community of people and resources that can empower Georgia State students to create whatever they can conceive.
At its core, entrepreneurship is about gathering resources to solve a problem and make an impact. In this way, Steve Jobs was an entrepreneur. In this way, Martin Luther King Jr. was entrepreneur. In this way, students in our organization are becoming great entrepreneurs in their own right. For this reason, it is critical that we have members who are passionate and committed to learning the entrepreneurial mindset to help themselves, so that they may go on to help the world.
If any of this speaks to you, I urge you to join CEO.
With commitment to serve,
